The contracted project focuses on advanced computing, high-end packaging and testing, new-generation display technology and other fields, including the Haiguang server chip full industry chain project, high-end semiconductor technology R&D and manufacturing center project, Eswell high-end board-level packaging system integrated circuit project, Micro- LED advanced display technology research and development and industrialization verification projects, etc.

According to the agreement, Haiguang Group plans to invest more than 1 billion yuan to build "resource sharing and collaboration platform", "haiguang ecological innovation adaptation center", "haiguang application demonstration center" and "haiguang industry-university-research collaborative development center" in Chengdu High-tech Zone. Cultivate and introduce overall solution providers to provide enterprises with adaptation services. Eswell plans to invest 11 billion yuan to build a high-end board-level packaging system integrated circuit project. After it is put into production, it will further improve the level of my country's advanced packaging technology, fill the domestic gap and reach the world's leading level. Visionox will build a test line and a pilot line for Micro-LED display devices and modules, and carry out R&D and production work on key technologies such as mass transfer, driving and testing, chip design, and colorization.
